Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP laptop speakers have stopped working, you can try the following solutions to resolve the issue:
Check Volume and Mute Settings
Ensure that the volume is not muted and is set to an audible level:
- Click the Volume icon on the Windows taskbar.
- Increase the volume and make sure the Mute box is not checked.
- Double-click the Volume icon on the Windows taskbar to open the Play Control window.
- Make sure none of the Mute check boxes are selected. Adjust the volume slide bars to increase the volume.
