For some reason the sound is not coming through on my speakers. However, when I plug in headphones or connect a Bluetooth, I can hear sound. I have tried troubleshooting and reinstalling the Realtek High Definition Audio driver and restart my computer - unfortunately that does not work. Please help.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please run an Audio test from the F2 Diagnostic
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio
