Product: HP Spectre X360 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, I bought a brand new HP Spectre X360 13 at the HP Store in Belgrade. When I looked closely, I discovered that it only has DUAL speakers, NOT Quad, and I do not understand why. Serial Number is [Personal Information Removed]. Can anyone help me understand why I do NOT have quad speakers? Is my new laptop a refreshed 2020 version or an older model? HELP!

hey there, 

 

I'm having the same issues. I bought the computer about 2 weeks ago, I've been testing and testing and installing drivers etc but I can't get audio from the front keyboard speakers to a point that i'm not even sure if i have quad-speakers. 

 

Where did you see the specs for your computer to determine how many speakers you have? Can you point me to it?
