I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my HP laptop, specifically regarding the functionality of the volume mute key light. My laptop model is HP Pavilion 14 - ec1000, and I have been experiencing a problem with the mute key light not working as expected.

The mute key on my laptop's keyboard functions properly to mute and unmute the volume. However, the accompanying LED light that is supposed to indicate the mute status does not light up. This makes it difficult to determine whether the laptop's audio is muted or not, which can be inconvenient in various situations.
