Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx notebook and about a week ago my internal microphone quit working.  Tonight I was working with Windows support and the tech tried to help me by uninstalling my drivers and then restoring them.  After he did that now I do not have sound either and it doesn't show that I have anything installed for either although the driver shows up in my Device Manager.   My computer was updated to Windows 11 and the HP website doesn't show any audio drivers for Windows 11.  How to I get these so I have sound and microphone?
