Product: HP ENVY x360 15-bq275nr

 

When I record my microphone is not picking up the sound. I had already troubleshooted with the Windows team. They went as far as to help look through the HP website for updated drivers. The lates driver was back in 2018, that driver was download but did not work. Are there resent drivers to fix this problem?

Do you use internal microphone or external microphone ? Many machines do not support standalone microphone on their combo port.
