It came with FreeDOS 2.0.
Did you install Windows yourself ? Did you know you have to install drivers for your machine to work ? It's not working because you did not install driver for it.
Now, please install the following driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101025.exe
