Hi

When i go to "sounds" and check the "recording" tab, my line in devices don't show. If i plug in any line in or line out into the combo jack, all that shows is "Microphone array". I want to know how to detect other input devices such as my guitar.

Thanks

Your machine does not have line-in. If you wish to use this, you have to use USB adapter (also called USB sound card) for example

Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. I especially asked at the store if it had line in and they misinformed me that it was a combo jack.
