Product: Envy x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My speakers and mic aren't working on my HP Envy x360 Convertible. Windows 10 64-bit, Intel Core 15 7th Gen. It's worked fine for 5-6 years. Never ran into this problem. It just has a x in a red circle on the audio icon. Anyone out there experiencing the same problems?
