I have an HP - Spectre Folio Leather 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop and have used it to conduct two video calls, one on Zoom and one on Cisco WebEx. On both occasions, I could hear sound but my audience couldn't hear me. I made sure the microphone wasn't on mute. I've still not solved my problem. Can you suggest a solution?
