No Audio Output Device is installed

HP Recommended
Notebook Pavilion 6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am seeing "No Audio Output Device Is Installed" when i hover on the "speaker icon" for audio. I tried troubleshooting, removing and re-adding the realtech audio driver but to no avail. When i try to update windows 10 21H2 version, it says : "We couldn't install this update but you can try this later"

Please help. I am stuck with not audio from laptop.

Regards,

Cwhaat.
