I have an HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq005dx.

I cannot get any audio to play. This includes the headphone jack. What can I do?

Please download and perform a clean install the following Conexant High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver:

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95159.exe

 

or (this may not work on your computer because your computer is old)

 

  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-99500/sp99178.exe
