I cannot hear audio

have done reinstalling audio driver, fresh windows installation and troubleshooting.

I ran virtual assistant and subsequently HP PC hardware diagnostic - component test - audio and got this error

MC1V7L-7PP9AJ-MFPWMF-21WC13

 

I tried headphone test also and got error

MC1V7L-7PP9-MFPWM-21E403

 

hope to get answer from this forum
