Probook 5220M
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit with 20H2 update, 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD.

I am facing some strange sound problem in my laptop as my laptop sound is working only when I keep the sound troubleshooter on and as soon as i close the troubleshooter sound stops working.

I have tried more than 50 times to uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers, i have even deleted the drivers completely and installed it again. I have done whatever possible fix is mentioned on the internet and still unable to resolve this issue. I have all the drivers up to date and even bios version is updated.

Can someone guide me what should i do?
