Since yesterday everything was working for me but suddenly speakers are not working. I tried almost all steps in below links but still no success. When I use USB headset there are no any problems with sound. But laptop's own speaker (Realtek(R) Audio) is not working without USB headset. Please help me to fix issue.

@fuatresat You've pretty much done all relevant steps to isolate the issue, to confirm, what was the result of the tests suggested in Step 5: Run the Audio test from the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics of the second article you've shared?

If it failed, it should have provided a 24 character failure ID,

could you share that with us, so we can help resolve the issue?

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
