Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

(troubleshoot)

If you are experiencing issues with Realtek audio drivers after upgrading to Windows 11, you can try the following steps to resolve the problem:

Rollback the Audio Driver

Open Device Manager:

  • Search Windows for Device Manager, and then select Device Manager in the list of results.

Select Sound, Video and Game Controllers:

  • Expand the arrow next to it.

Right-click your Sound Card or Audio Device:

  • Select Properties.

Roll Back Driver:

  • Select the Driver tab and then select Roll Back Driver.
  • Follow the instructions and then select Yes to roll back your audio driver.

Update the Audio Driver

Open Device Manager:

  • Search for and open Device Manager.

Expand Audio Inputs and Outputs and Sound, Video and Game Controllers.

Enable Device:

  • If a sound device is listed with a down arrow, right-click the sound device name, and then select Enable device.

Update Driver:

  • Right-click the sound device and select Update driver.
  • Select Search automatically for updated driver software. Wait while Windows checks for and installs any updated drivers. If prompted, restart the computer.

Selecting update driver

Manually Install the Audio Driver from HP

Download the Latest Driver:

Select Your Product Type:

  • Select Laptop or find your specific product.

Download the Latest Audio Driver:

  • Click Drivers-Audio and then click Download.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the audio driver.

Type the model name for your computer in the Or, enter your serial number, product number or product name field

Perform a Hard Reset

Perform a Hard Reset to Resolve Audio Issues:

Reset BIOS to Default Values:

  • Sometimes corrupted BIOS settings can cause audio issues. Try to restore default BIOS values to resolve the issue.

Run an Audio Hardware Diagnostic Test

  1. Use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows tool to perform an audio playback test :
    • This checks the functionality of the audio subsystem, including audio controllers and codecs.
    • Go to HP Hardware Diagnostics to install the latest version.

Since you only informed your laptop/PC sound card, while you did not inform your laptop/PC model/type, So here is the Realtek Beast Audio driver 6.0.9239.1 for all OEMs and already supports Windows 11. --(Since I haven't tested it on my laptop, I don't know if Windows 11 24H2 is also supported or not)--
