Starting late on the evening of the 28th I stopped being able to hear any audio from my laptop speakers. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary at the time. I have used the troubleshooting services from HP support assistant and through my settings but nothing changed and I wasn't ever able to hear any audio when it tested my speakers. I've updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled my audio driver with no results.  I updated everything else that I could and I even did a factory reset of my device last night and it didn't fix anything. Any help would be great!

Hi @ajnorf - It seems like you may have a hardware problem with speaker and not so much to do with software. Can you go into your BIOS and run an Audio Test in the Hardware Diagnostics tool.
