Hi for some reason my speakers have suddenly stopped working out of the blue. I've tried updating and reinstalling drivers and checked all sound setting with no luck. It works through Bluetooth speaker and headphones but not the speaker itself. Not sure what to do and any help would be appreciated. I've only had this laptop for 5 months

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps Audio issue
To resolve this issue, download and install the SoftPaq or update the audio driver in Device Manager.
Option 1: Download and install the SoftPaq to update the audio driver:
Update the BIOS
Option 2: Update the audio driver in Device Manager
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Sound video and game controllers.
- Right-click on Realtek Audio Device.
- Select Update Driver Software.
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the driver.
