Hi all,
Ive got an HP Omen 15. Recently got an audio issue where a realtek semiconductor corp driver was installed and was prompted to restart to finish update. Upon restart I have no audio (both on speakers and headphones). Ran troubleshooter and got told to turn off audio enhancement ( i have no additional enhancement tab, just one box to uncheck) which I did and got the audio back. I think audio got messed up because it doesn't sound the same when I'm gaming, its irregular. The spatial sound is all messed up. Very very annoying. Ive tried installing previous drivers but no change. I need the 'audio-enhancement' audio back. Any help is appreciated thanks

Hello @Anxyte
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
