Hey there! @muhammetceylan, Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I understand you have audio issues with your laptop.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your laptop?

Please provide the product number of your laptop to assist you better.

As you mentioned the laptop internal speakers are not functioning correctly.

Try the steps recommended below.

Go to Windows Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers section.
In the list of audio device drivers, look for Realtek High definition Audio. This is the device driver for BeatsAudio (a little bit sneaky, wouldn’t you say?).
Right-click and select Disable. The downward arrow displays on this driver, indicating it is disabled. (NOTE: At this point, you won’t be able to play any music files.)
Right-click and select Update Driver Software.
Select Browse my computer for driver software.
Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
You should see a window that says Select the device driver you want to install for this hardware. NOTE: If you see a window that says something like This is the best driver for this device, exit the window and repeat steps 4, 5, and 6.
In the Model box, highlight High Definition Audio Device (this is the substitute audio device driver) and click Next.
At the Update Driver Warning window, click Yes. You should see a confirmation window with High Definition Audio Device displayed. Click Close.
In the list of audio device drivers in the Sound, video and game controllers section, you’ll notice that the High Definition Audio Device now displays instead of Realtek High definition Audio.
At the prompt to reboot, click Yes.

If the issue still persists try the steps recommended below.

Is the loudness equalization off? If not, please:
Right, click the speaker icon
select 'Playback Devices'.
Highlight the default device
Click Properties
Click Enhancements tab
Next to 'Loudness Equalization' take out the check mark in the box.
Click Apply
Click OK

If the issue still persists uninstall the audio driver from device manager and install the drivers using HP recovery manager.

Refer this article to know how to restore drivers using HP recovery manager.

Let me know if this works.

Have a great day! 🙂

Thank you very much for your suggestions.
But I do not have realtek high definition audio as audio software.
And I downloaded it because it was not audio software, but it did not happen.
I also tried the article at the bottom of the article you wrote.
I noticed that the recovery manager driver is not installed on my computer.
I did not do it again, but I tried everything in software.
I think the problem is hardware, I do not know how accurate I guess.
If you know of any other method I can do, I would ask you to tell me.
Thank you.

Hey there! @muhammetceylan, It's great to hear from you again.

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

Have you installed HP image (OS) or a retail operating system on your PC?

What is the audio driver listed in device manager?

Try uninstalling the audio drivers from device manager and install the drivers from HP support assistant.

Refer this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.

Also, try the steps recommended below.

Step 1. Right-click on the sound icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the taskbar and select “Playback Devices”.
Step 2. Under the Playback tab, double-click on Speakers, which is selected by default, to open its properties.
Step 3. Go to Advanced tab under Speakers Properties and change bit rate to either 24bit/44100 Hz or 24bit/192000Hz, depending on the speaker configuration.
Step 4. Click on Apply and then OK to save the changes. Check for sound play on your device.

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Merhaba;
