Product: Pavilion DV6-2155dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I did a Windows 8.1 upgrade a few years ago, I was never able to get sound. All the volume levels are up. There is no sound coming from the speakers or headphone jack. I tried updating my drivers but to no avail. Definitely need help on this.
