Hello,
Yesterday I noticed on a zoom meeting that some of the audio was cutting out on my HP 15T laptop. Today when I started up my laptop, shortly afterwards a message saying there was a failure of some sort (i didn't write it down) occurred and it needed to be restarted. I ran a whole bunch of tests and finally did the HP Support Assistant's "Fix Audio". In its report it says no speakers or microphone found (hardware problem detected) It sent me to the virtual assistant and I tried everything but nothing works. Any suggestions? Do I need a new laptop? Take it to get fixed? Is that expensive? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I ran the BIOS download ok
I have Windows 10 v21H2 and the download for Windows 10 didn't work. It said the driver is not supported on this OS system (10.0.19044) Is there another version I can download? Thank you for your help!
