I have a problem with OMEN Audio Control - whenever I try to open the "Output" tab, the application just shuts off without any error message or whatever.
It started to malfunction today, after I tried to turn off the "Bang & Olufsen Experience" switch - when I clicked that, the application shut off and from that moment I cannot access the "Output" tab.
There were no issues in the past but yesterday the Windows Update installed the "Realtek semiconductor" update, so I assume it has to do something with that. Unfortunately, I cannot uninstall this update.
HP Support Assistant, Device Manager and Windows Update do not detect any updates.
Is there any way to fix it?
Please help, I am desperate...

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107247.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.

@Banhien
It worked only partially, now I can access the Output tab, but the "Bang & Olufsen Experience" switch disappeared 😞
While installing the driver, the system asked me if I want to install the older version of OMEN Audio Control, so I assume this version does not have this switch, but how do I install the version that has it?
Or maybe something else is the issue?
