Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7Q7M4AV)
hey,
I just bought this laptop a week ago and i have a couple issues with it. First issue is it has very low volume even on maxed out volume and i cant seem to find an equalizer or bang olofson software or hp audio boost to increase the volume. All i can do is install latest realtek audio drivers and after installing that this is how i feel that volume is too low. my 2nd issue is when i change screen refresh rate to 165hz and shut down windows and restart i find it goes back to 60hz always. can you help me find solution to my 2x problems. Appreciate your help
Have a nice warm day/ evening
Atif
