HP Omen 15-ce0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Omen 15-ce0xx and I can't use both my audio and microphone jack. The USBs work fine (I can use my USB headphone), same as other ports, but these 2 audio ports don't seem to work. When I plug in my headset to the audio jack nothing happens. Tried updating the drivers, troubleshooting, switching headsets, nothing works. It has 64-bit Windows 10 and the product code is 2LS07PA#AR6 if it helps. Thanks in advance!

If the issue persists, please run the Audio Test from F2 Diagnostic.

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click Component test, then select Audio.
