Product: Omen

So I bought my son new headphones for his gaming laptop . We thought they were broken so I returned them and bought a different brand and everything. Came home and they are doing the same thing . They won't play sound on the right side only left. I even plugged them into my phone and they work. I've tried all settings for audio and can't find anything that's wrong
