This problem is already a year, then I don't know how to fix it :Surprise: I was trying to fix this in the internet but nothing worked. Now the last option is posting this subject to the community. Can you please help me esp. the experts? I would be very glad if you help with, thanks. :OpenSmile:

Sorry if I haven't replied for a very long time, but I manage to solve it by repairing it in the repair shop. Thanks for your reply.

 

Oh yeah btw my model is HP ENVY dv6-7215tx Notebook PC.
