Product: HP Spectre x360 convertible 15- bl1XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I have a laptop- Spectre (15th inches, 4K screen , 512gb SSD, Bang e Olufsen speakers) and it's been a long time since my right side speaker doesn't work at all. The left side speaker works but sometimes the volume goes up and down suddenly.

I would like to know if any of you had this issue and how can I possibly fix it.

Please download and perform a CLEAN install the following Realtek Audio software

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98713.exe

Thank you so much for your answer.

I downloaded it and it said that I already had it instaled. So I chose to overwrite it. 

After the instalation I could notice that the sound of the left speaker sounds better but the right side still doesn't work.
