HP ENVY X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Help please! I'm teaching from home through Zoom and just bought this HP Envy 1 month ago.   Now, the audio is low when it's at 100% volume and the sound cracks and a bit muffled. There was no spill or no damage.   I just started class the next morning and I couldn't hear my students.  I called HP tech support they uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, checked the audio component and that worked fine but still nothing.  I had a bluetooth device but unpaired it and still nothing. Any suggestions? I want to avoid hard reset since I have some teacher programs that I need to get through this Distance learning.

I have found and figured out the solution to my problem through Youtube.  I typed find and fix problems with playing sound in the search box below my screen and troubleshooted.  Turns out the sound enhancement was checked which made my sound low and distorted.  Problem has been fixed and I am happy! Thank you!
