i HOPE SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY GIVES A **bleep** WILL READ THIS AND HELP.

 

 MY NOTEBOOK LIKE MANY OTHERS LOST AUDIO AFTER THAT MICROSOFT UPDATE IN EARLY AUGUST. IT CAME OUT THE END OF JULY.

I HAVE TROUBLESHOOTED THIS TO DEATH ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS THAT MICROSOFT DOWNLOAD THAT HAS MANY ISSUES WITH AUDIO AFTER PEOPLE INSTALL THE UPDATE. MY AUDIO ALWAYS WORKED GR=EAT.

 

NOW  I CAN ONLY HEAR AUDIO WHEN I USE THE HEADSET BUT I NEVER EVER USE THE HEADSET, I LIKE TO LISTEN TO MY AUDIO ON MY PC LIKE NORMAL.

ANYWAY I AM TRYHING TO GET THE DRIVERS BACK AND HAVE SUCH A HARD TIME WITH THIS SITE AND NOW AFTER GOING THROUGH THE TROUBLESHOOTING OVER AND OVER AND OVER THE "GET HELP" ON FOR WINDOWS AND THEN DOING THE SAME **bleep** THING OVER AND OVER WITH THE HP TROUBLESHOOTER ALL SAY I NEED DRIVERSA ND ALL I NEED IS HELP FINDING THE **bleep** THIGNS AND I AM ONLINK TALKING TO ONE OF THE HP PEOPLE AND THIS YO YO IS TELLING ME I MIGHT NEED TO APY FOR SPEAKERS, NEW HARDWARE SPEAKERS. 

 

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I NEED SPEAKERS IF I CAN HEAR THE AUDIO THROUGH THE **bleep** HEADSET?

NOBODY HERE IN THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY WANTS TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND HELP PEOPLE. THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT WAYS TO FLEECE PEOPLE OF OF MONEY. WHY CAN'T HE JUST EMAIL ME A LINK TO THE **bleep** DRIVERS? I GO HROGUH ALL THIS HEADACHE GIVING HIM ALL THIS INFO HE NEEDS AND I EXPLAIN DOWN TO A T WHAT IS WRONG AND WHAT I DID ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO ONLINE IT IS ALL OVER THE PLACCE WHAT THIS MICROSOFT DRIVER DID TO PEOPLE'S AUDIO AND HERE THE HP PEOPLE DON'T EVEN WANT TO HELP A CUJSTOMER.

 

 I HAVE PURCHASED A PAVILLIOIN YHEARS AGO THEN ANOTHER PROBOOK YEARS AFTER THAT AND HOW THIS PROBOOK AND AND AND

I PURCHASED TWO TWO TWO PRINTERS AND HAD MUCH GRIEF WITH THEIR **bleep** EFFORTS TO MAKE PEOPLE BUY THE EXPENSIVE INK AND I AM HAVING TO STRUGGLIGN TO GET HELP FINDING THE **bleep** DRIVERS FOR THIS PROBOOK AND WHERE IS THE HE;P?

WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY? WHERE IS THE DECENCY? WHERE IS THE SENSE OF GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES?

WHAT HAPPENED TO HP? IT USED TO BE SO GOOD. YOU COULD GET HELP IF YOU WENT ONLINE SOMEONE WOULD TELL YOU WAHT TO DO NOT JUST BE THIS HEAVY HANDED STUFF. YOU DON'T EVER ATTACH TO A NOTEBOOK WTIHOUIT TELLING THE OWNER EXACTLY WHAT YOU AR GOING TO DO.

 

SHAME O YOU HP,. SHAME ON YHOU.

 

AND IT IS EVEN WORSE THAT YHOU CAN ASK FOR HELP ON THIS COMMUNITY FORUM AND GO WEEKS BEFORE ANYONE ANSWERS. THAT ITSELF SPEAKS VOLUMES.
