I managed to solve the problem of error 0x000005b3 with a restoration that was yesterday, I can hear again but with very low sound, if you could help me with that problem I would appreciate it enough.

@Brayner That's awesome, as for the low volume issue, we may need to reset windows and disable auto-update as a work around as there aren't any patch or bug fixes from Microsoft about the same, I suggest you either do that or get an external set of speakers to use instead of the internal speaker with better sound.
