Product: Envy x360 15-t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I seem to be having the same problem on my Envy x360. My computer crashed and I got a blue screen that said it was fixing a problem.

At first, my audio said "Audio Services are not running," but I fixed that issue and now I can increase and decrease volume but there's no audible sound that actually leaves the speakers.

I've tried many of the fixes that are on the support pages but none of them work and I have tried to reset my computer, But I get an error saying that it cannot be reset. I have also tried refreshing my laptop and I get the same answer.
