Hi
my speakers dont work but my headphones do. The story is as follows
1 start my pc , i had red cross on the speakers icon(bottom right corner)
2 i reinstall my drivers woth older version from hp website .
3 i dont have the red cross any more but i have no sound on my speakers either only if i use headphones.
4 i done the A D X T keys and i have sound when i press them , but what to do after that because nothing changes?

Jiggle the headphone connector in and out of the jack until the sound returns. You can also try activating it with a toothpick in and out. There's a small piece inside the jack that activates the speakers when the headphone connector is removed and often it sticks.
