Envy Laptop 17-cg0003nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, since a few days my laptop does not reproduce any sounds through the embedded Realtek audio system. However the audio works fine through any Bluetooth external device. Laptop is less than 6 moths old and worked fine at beginning. The fix audio problems did not fix the issue.

I understand that the Realtek Audio system not reproducing sounds on HP Envy Laptop.

 

Please uninstall the audio driver and update the chipset driver. Restart the computer and then install audio drivers.

 

Also, update the BIOS.
