Realtek Audio system not reproducing sounds on HP Envy Laptop

HP Recommended
Envy Laptop 17-cg0003nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, since a few days my laptop does not reproduce any sounds through the embedded Realtek audio system. However the audio works fine through any Bluetooth external device. Laptop is less than 6 moths old and worked fine at beginning. The fix audio problems did not fix the issue.
