HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop - 15s-eq1510sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since Windows Update, the speakers no longer work but headphones are fine.

 

Tried driver disable, reinstallation, reboot etc, HP support assistant and virtual assistant to no avail.

 

Tried hard reset, no joy.

 

Restore to previous time  this does resolve it but the issue then reoccurs.

 

Have managed to fix 1 of the 2 laptops that are the same model.

 

Can anyone please help?
