Hi! 

The red light of my mute button on the keyboard (f11) is not working anymore when the sound is disabled. 

I don't know how to fix it.

Did you attempt to reinstall the Audio drivers?

Or update it from the HP website?

(Click here to find and install it, if you haven't)


If the issue persists, I recommend you reinstall the Audio drivers using the recovery manager:

CLICK HERE FOR MORE STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
 

(by the end of this document, all the issues should be resolved)''Let me know how that pans out,
