Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sound is too low and sound button is always on when press sound button to mute button do not turns orange

Help me solve my problem

Did you upgrade your machine to Windows 10 ? Please download and install Sound software

 

     http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe

 

Depending on how old is your machine, it may accept newer software (but use the previous one first):

 

     https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe
