Hi,

I have a problem with the buttons to increase and decrease the sound on my laptop. The screen displays a window suggesting to change the volume, but the sound level does not change. Only when I decrease the sound to 0 then the speakers mute completely.
The drivers on the laptop are up to date.
Windows updates downloaded including optional updates.
When I connect another sound source, for example headphones, the buttons work as intended.

What could be the reason and how can I fix it?
