My case was closed 11 days ago [personal information removed]Throughout this week, zoom has been malfunctioning on my laptop. This issue only occurs when the laptop is charging. The sound becomes unclear, and it makes a short quick explosive sound. 

I really appreciate all the help you have been providing by changing my charger, trying to update the software. But with all of this effort, the issue is not being solved and this is frustrating.
I have a video of the sound issue which occurs. Sometimes it gets even worse than this to a point that I can't hear well, but after a while, it returns to normal.
I am not being able to upload it here, but two days ago I sent it to HP Service Support team email.

I understand that notebook has an issue with the Sound issue.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

To resolve these issues, download and install the following SoftPaq to update the audio driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107252.exe
