Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have recently returned from being away from the UK and used my laptop for the first time in 7 months. The sound cuts out after around ten minutes or less usage. I have tried troubleshooting and can't seem to find out what is wrong. The only thing that works is restarting my laptop.

 

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

  • What is the model of your computer?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you to update the audio driver, bios and chipset drivers from the below link and check.
