My computer speaker is working fine.

But my bluetooth earbud is not working. The earbud is connected but there is no sound and it isn't set on mute.

My wired earphone connects as well but no sound comes out from that either. 

In both of those cases, the sound only comes from the computer speaker.

Why does my bluetooth earbud and wired earbud does not work even though the computer speaker works well?

Please check how to switch the audio setting as below image.
