Envy 13"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time i restart the laptop the sound is going really faint and tinny sounding , Bit like listening to headphones from a few feet away. I have to go into support to solve this which it usually does but surely i shouldn't have to . I  am beginning to think its a windows 10 problem. I have only had the laptop a day and its done this from the off .
