Sound is junk

Just purchased this laptop which isn't exactly really cheap, what a cheaply made piece of junk. The main problem however is the crappy audio. Every time you plug a set of headphones in, when you un plug them you lose all audio from the speakers. Also randomly stops outputting audio, a re-boot is the only way to fix it and even then you're lucky if you get audio back. I've done all the latest updates, un-installed the drivers and re-installed them and no change. Getting to the stage where this junk heap is going to get returned and I want my money back.
