Product: Probook 640 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all!

I recently bought a used HP PROBOOK 640 G1. There is no sound. I tried updating the driver and even uninstall it but to no avail.  Anyone can help, please?
