Product: HP Pavillion Ryzen 3 Touchscreen Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

VERY LOW MAXIMUM VOLUME LEVEL - this laptop is brand new, a few weeks, I paid a fortune for it and already its started with these issues... I have no idea what to do and with this lockdown I am uncomfortable on leaving home, anyone have similar problems or some advice?

I understand that you are facing sound issues.

 

Please provide the correct product number.

 

 (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..). 

 

Please uninstall the audio drivers. Then install the chipset drivers.

 

After restarting the computer, please install the audio drivers.
