Pavillion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have no sound coming through the speakers, but do have sound through earphones when plugged in. There is no longer any notification when plugging in the earphones.

Any suggestions?

Please try this first to enable Speakers in Playback devices as follows:

1. Right click speaker icon (right hand corner)
2. Select Playback devices
3. Right click Speakers
4. Enable it and set as Default
5. Click Apply.

or try the following instructions

  https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04973149

Otherwise, post back what is your Pavilion ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Regards.
