Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!

Unfortunately, some months ago some serious sound problems occured on my HP Pavilion – 15-cw1010ng Notebook, which I bought in 2019. The computer has Bang & Olufsen premium speakers. However, during a video conference the problem of sound distortion occured for the first time. The sound of the speakers is normal at the beginning but then becomes strongly distorted after a few minutes and this is also the case when I plug in heaphones. However, when I make changes in the Windows sound settings or in the zoom sound settings, like e.g. change and rechange the audio source or switch on/off the audio enhancement option in the sound settings the sound becomes normal again. Unfortunately, this only lasts for some minutes before the sound gets distored again. Due to the fact that the sound can be ok I strongly assume that it's a driver/software problem and perhaps related to the fact that HP doesn't provide new drivers for Windows 11. I would be thankful for any kind of help in this matter. In case if there is not solution for the issue I will be forced to sell the computer and get a new one from another company.

Note: I have tried all possible troubleshooting suggestions from HP for sound problems with no results. A new installation of Windows didn't solve the problem as well.
