Product: HP Envy 15 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 - My HP Envy Beats used to have decent sound but this has since disappeared and sounds like a cheap tinny sounding.  I have read that Windows 10 Updates can affect the sound and I am not able to find a fix on the Internet that will help fix this.  What are the suggestions?

Hi:

 

If your model has the IDT beats audio system, see if installing this driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.
