HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn1003nx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have an HP ENVY x360 laptop. I am having an issue with the built-in speakers. When I'm playing audio or video, the volume goes extremely low ( to the point where it becomes difficult to hear) and then goes back to normal after a random amount of time (could be a minute, five, or even hours). And this keeps on repeating. I would really appreciate it if someone can guide me in this regard.

Hello @Abdul_Ahad1

Your notebook is HP tested for Windows 10 !

Not Windows 11

Go back to Windows 10 to have a stable system.

You can find and download all drivers here:

best regards
